What is the current lead time for orders?

Most in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days. For custom gear or handmade shelters, please refer to the specific lead time listed on the product page, as these are crafted with precision in our Florida facility.

Yes, we ship our ultralight gear worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on new, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made products and items that have been used outdoors are not eligible for return.

How do I clean and maintain my Dyneema gear?

We recommend spot cleaning with a sponge and mild soap. Do not machine wash or dry your gear. Ensure all items are completely dry before storing them in a cool, dry place to prevent mildew.

Does Zpacks gear come with a warranty?

All Zpacks products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper use.

Can I make changes to my order after it is placed?
